If you have found yourself scrolling Zillow with questions, come to this information session on the homebuying process. Experts will talk about the aspects of renting to owning a home and how to make decisions along the way. Topics also include pre-approval, working with a broker or lender, qualifying for loans and specific loan options for rural areas and Clallam County.
Owner Erin Queen of Forks Avenue Real Estate and members of her team will lead this presentation in collaboration with the Forks Library to provide education and tools regarding the homebuying process and the current housing market.
